These Terms govern your access to and use of astro‑song.com (the “Site”) and any purchases from AstroSong (“AstroSong,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By visiting the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above shows when the Terms were last revised. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the new Terms.

1. Who may use the Site

You must be 18 years or older and able to form a binding contract. You may purchase from the US or internationally, subject to applicable laws where you live.

2. What we sell (service description)

AstroSong creates custom digital works based on information you provide. Each order includes:

  • A personalized MP3 recording of your AstroSong; and

  • A PDF with the lyrics.

Digital delivery only. We do not ship physical goods. Standard delivery goal: within 3 days of receiving your completed brief and payment for all AstroSong types (self, gift, couples/synastry).

3. Ordering process

  1. Select your AstroSong and complete checkout.

  2. Fill out our brief/questionnaire (e.g., birth date, time if known, birthplace, names/pronouns, style, tone, anecdotes).

  3. We compose, produce, and deliver your song by email.

  4. You may request revisions as described in Section 5.

You agree to provide accurate, lawful information and, for gifts or couples/synastry, that you have permission to share any personal data of a second person.

If we cannot start because we are waiting on your information, we will contact you. If there is no reply within 3 days after our reminder, we may refund your order and close it.

4. Prices, taxes, and payments

Prices are shown in USD and may change at any time before you place an order. You are responsible for any applicable taxes or bank/FX fees.
Payments are processed through Shopify Payments; we do not store full card numbers. Your order is accepted when we email confirmation.

5. Revisions and our 60‑day satisfaction guarantee

  • You may request up to three (3) revisions within 60 days from delivery.

  • We keep this simple: any change request counts as one revision.

  • If you are still not satisfied after the revisions, we will issue a 100% refund of the purchase price within the same 60‑day window.

When a refund is issued, your license to use the delivered work terminates (see Section 7). You agree to delete the files and not use or publish them.

6. Cancellations and delays

  • Cancel anytime before composition starts for a full refund.

  • After composition starts, please use the revision process and satisfaction guarantee above.

  • Delivery targets may be affected by incomplete information, incorrect contact details, email filtering/spam, or events outside our control. We still honor the 60‑day guarantee.

7. Intellectual property; your license

All songs, lyrics, recordings, and related creative content are copyrighted works owned by KEYFERO LLC (or our artists and licensors). You do not acquire ownership of the composition or master.

Upon delivery and payment, we grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, worldwide license to:

  • download and store your AstroSong;

  • share it privately and on your personal social media accounts (non‑monetized); and

  • play it at private, non‑commercial occasions.

Not permitted without our written permission:

  • upload or distribute the song to streaming stores/DSPs (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.);

  • use in paid advertising, broadcast, film, brand content, or any commercial exploitation;

  • resell, sublicense, or create derivative works for distribution.

Gifts & couples. For gifts, the personal license is intended for the named recipient; for couples/synastry, each named person has a personal license. The license ends if a refund is issued.

8. Your content and permissions

You retain rights to the text, photos, or other materials you submit. You grant us a limited license to use that material solely to create and deliver your AstroSong and provide support.
We will never publicly share your song, lyrics, name, story, or reaction without your explicit permission. If you later approve a testimonial or reaction‑video use, you grant us the necessary rights for that agreed purpose.

You represent that your submissions do not infringe others’ rights and do not contain unlawful, harmful, or hateful content.

9. Prohibited uses

You agree not to misuse the Site or services, including by: violating laws, attempting to access systems without authorization, interfering with Site operation, submitting others’ data without permission, or harassing, defaming, or infringing any person.

10. Refunds, returns, and cancellations

Our Return & Refund Policy is incorporated by reference and forms part of these Terms. If anything here conflicts, the Return & Refund Policy controls with respect to refunds and cancellations.

11. Disclaimers

  • Entertainment only. AstroSong content is for entertainment purposes and is not medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.

  • As‑is service. Except for the 60‑day satisfaction guarantee above, the Site and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied (including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non‑infringement).

  • We rely on information you provide; if birth time is unknown, we may use approximations.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AstroSong / KEYFERO LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or any order will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim or $100, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers or limits. In those places, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless KEYFERO LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or services, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms or others’ rights.

14. Third‑party services and links

The Site may link to or integrate third‑party platforms (e.g., checkout, analytics, email, social media). We are not responsible for those services or their policies.

15. Electronic communications; marketing

By using the Site and placing an order, you consent to receive service‑related communications (order confirmations, delivery, revisions, and support) by email.
Marketing emails are optional; you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by contacting us.

16. DMCA / IP complaints

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, email us with: (i) your contact details, (ii) identification of the work, (iii) the allegedly infringing material and its location, (iv) a statement of good‑faith belief, and (v) a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and you are authorized to act. We may remove or disable access as appropriate.

17. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming for any dispute not subject to another agreed resolution process.

18. Miscellaneous

  • No waiver. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it.

  • Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.

  • Assignment. You may not assign rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign to an affiliate or in connection with a merger or asset sale.

  • Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and services.
