This Policy describes how orders are processed and delivered for purchases made on astro‑song.com (the “Site”). It applies to customers in the United States and internationally.

1) Scope: digital delivery only

  • Each order includes a custom MP3 of your AstroSong and a PDF with the lyrics.

  • No physical products are shipped. There are no shipping fees and no carriers involved.

  • Please do not mail returns; see our Return & Refund Policy for refunds and revisions.

2) Order start & delivery time

  • We begin once both (a) your payment is confirmed and (b) we receive your completed brief/questionnaire.

  • Estimated delivery: within 3 days (72 hours) for all AstroSong types (self, gift, couples/synastry).

  • We’ll email your files to the address you provided at checkout.

If we’re waiting on missing information, the 3‑day clock starts after we receive it.

3) Where we deliver

  • United States and international orders are accepted.

  • Delivery is by email with downloadable links. No customs or import duties apply to digital goods.

4) Email delivery details

  • Add hello@astro-song.com to your contacts and check Spam/Promotions tabs.

  • If attachments exceed mailbox limits, we’ll provide a secure download link.

  • If you entered a wrong email, contact us with your order number and the correct address; after verification we’ll update and resend.

5) Resends, failed delivery & unresponsive orders

  • If you haven’t received your files within 3 days, email us and we’ll resend at no charge.

  • If we request missing information and receive no reply within 3 days of our reminder, we will refund your order and close it (see Return & Refund Policy).

6) Revisions & satisfaction guarantee (summary)

  • You can request up to three (3) revisions after delivery.

  • If you’re still not satisfied, we offer a 100% money‑back guarantee within 60 days of delivery.

7) Delays & limitations

  • Delays caused by incomplete/wrong information, incorrect email, or email filtering are outside our control; we’ll assist promptly once notified.

  • The service is provided for entertainment purposes only and for customers 18+.

8) Data retention & redelivery window

  • We retain your files for service and support as described in our Privacy Policy. If you need a new download link, contact us; we’ll re‑issue your files while we retain them.

  • If you request deletion of your data/files, we will delete them and will no longer be able to resend.
