AstroSong is a brand of KEYFERO LLC (a Wyoming limited liability company).
Effective date: September 17, 2025
This policy explains how returns, revisions, cancellations, and refunds work for purchases made on astro‑song.com (the “Site”) or with AstroSong support. It applies to customers in the United States and internationally.
What you purchase

Digital delivery only. Each order includes (i) a custom MP3 of your AstroSong and (ii) a PDF with the lyrics.

No physical goods are shipped. Please do not mail any items to us.
Standard delivery: We aim to deliver every AstroSong within 3 days of receiving your completed questionnaire/brief and payment.
Our 60‑Day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work.

Free revisions (up to 3).
You may request up to three (3) revisions within 60 calendar days from the delivery email. Any change request counts as one revision (we keep this simple on purpose). -
Full refund if you’re still not happy.
If after the revisions you’re not satisfied, we will refund 100% of your purchase price within the same 60‑day window. -
License upon refund.
When a refund is issued, your personal license to use the song terminates. You agree to delete all files and not publish, share, or otherwise use the composition or lyrics thereafter. KEYFERO LLC retains all intellectual‑property rights to the work.
Cancellations

Before we start composing: you can cancel for a full refund. We typically start quickly, so email us as soon as possible.

After composition begins: please use the 60‑day guarantee + revisions above.
Missing information / unresponsive orders
If we cannot start because we are waiting on your information, we will contact you at your order email.
If there is no reply within 3 days after our reminder, we will refund your order proactively.
Delivery timing & delays

Target delivery is 3 days for all AstroSong types (including gifting and couples/synastry).

Delays caused by incomplete information, wrong contact details, email filtering/spam, or events outside our control do not automatically trigger a refund; however, you still have the 60‑day satisfaction guarantee and we may, at our discretion, offer a courtesy promo code.
Duplicate, fraudulent, or unauthorized purchases

Duplicate orders placed in error will be fully refunded.

Fraud/unauthorized use: we’ll work with Shopify Payments and your bank. Verified unauthorized transactions are refunded in full.
Gift orders & recipients
Gift orders follow the same rules (revisions, refunds, timelines).
Cash refunds are issued to the original payment method used by the purchaser.
Store credit & gift cards
If we ever issue store credit or digital gift cards, they’ll follow the same 60‑day guarantee—the original purchaser may request conversion back to the original payment method within 60 days if unused. (Otherwise, credit does not expire.)

We reply within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method (Shopify Payments) within 5–10 business days; your bank/card provider controls the exact timing. We refund the full amount you paid to AstroSong, including any rush or upgrade fees on that order. (Foreign‑exchange differences or fees charged by your bank are outside our control.)
No physical returns
Because our product is digital, we do not accept returns of physical goods.
Age & purpose
You must be 18+ to purchase. AstroSongs are created for entertainment purposes only.
Governing law
This policy and any related claims are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws principles.
